1. Delivery Timeframes & Processing

Total estimated delivery time consists of order handling time and shipping transit time:

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update initial status scans.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details provided at checkout are correct and complete. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@thebasisstore.com. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, address modifications may no longer be possible.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages
